Cancellation Policy
Refunds Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class or event. Requests made less than 12 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations To cancel your booking, please contact us via email or through our website contact form. Be sure to include your name, event details, and reason for cancellation. Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Rescheduling If you are unable to attend your class, you may request to reschedule to another date or class, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 12 hours before the event. No-Shows Unfortunately, no-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
